I get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. L | J has a 100% cancellation fee if you cancel same day as scheduled appointment, this also applies if your cancelling to reschedule. Cancellations 48 hrs before appt will be charged 50% of scheduled service. If you fail to pay this fee, you will NOT be able to reschedule any future appointments. Please don’t take this personal, its just something I have to do to protect my livelihood <3
