Cancellation Policy
I get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. L | J has a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hrs of scheduled appointment, this also applies if your cancelling to reschedule. If you fail to pay this fee, you will NOT be able to reschedule any future appointments.
